Our roots trace back over 45 years, and since 1979, we’ve been serving up hearty meals, creating memories, and becoming a staple of the Lima community. Originally known as Old Barn Out Back, we’ve undergone a complete transformation in recent years to better serve our guests and ensure that we’re offering something for every generation.

 

In 2004, Pete Williams, a member of the Williams family who grew up with the restaurant, took the reins as owner. Under his leadership, we’ve seen many memorable milestones, including a significant renovation in 2020, when we embraced a fresh look, a revamped menu, and a modern theme, all designed to reflect our commitment to both legacy and progress. Our tagline, *Same Family, Next Generation*, speaks to our dedication to the community and to honoring the tradition of the Williams family while welcoming a new era.

 

Today, we’re proud to be guided by a dynamic new partnership that is as committed as ever to continuing the legacy of great food, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere. The Old Barn Restaurant and Event Center is now partnered with the family of Mohit and Megha Soni, along with their Uncle Grumail Singh. Together, they bring a wealth of experience, new energy, and fresh ideas to the table. Under their leadership, you can expect exciting upgrades and a renewed focus on providing a memorable dining experience for every guest.

 

As part of the new vision for the restaurant, we’re investing in renovations to enhance your visit, including a revitalized bar area that will offer a more modern, sports bar-like feel. But we’re not just about food and drinks—our focus on community events and gatherings has never been stronger. From weddings to corporate events, we’re excited to expand our offerings and host celebrations of all kinds in our newly-renovated space.
